Eye Associates is a 3 doctor private practice located in Big Spring Tx. We are a full scope practice that provides care to a large geographical area as well as the local VA Hospital. We have a large optical with a 1400+ frame selection. We are open M-F, NO WEEKENDS. This position is going to be offered with a negotiable base salary and a proven bonus schedule based off of the yearly gross as a whole. We are busy enough, a new Dr. should be able to hit the ground running with a fairly full schedule and meet the majority of the bonuses within the first year or two. There is the possibility of part ownership down the road for the right doctor. Of course we also offer all the normal 401K, vacation, CE reimbursement, etc.. Please contact us if interested.
